That's cow -- with an emphasis on "ow" -- bell peppers. They are REALLY hot. I got my first Earth Box this year and planted this and another pepper variety on my deck and they're just happily flowering away.
I planted these for the first time just about 2 months ago now and they grow easy and WOW!! yes they are hot, great for cooking my tip: do not rinse just pick and put right on your freezer shelf, too easy for future use.
