Miss B.'s New Dress

Miss B. really likes her new holiday dress. (Why do I suspect you don't believe me??!!) The other day I held it up to show it to my friend and she ran right up to me wagging her tail and practically jumped into it when I bent down to put it on her.

We can’t help but notice that she’s gotten a little more curvaceous in recent months. We may have to cut down on the pig ears.

But it's hard to resist her when she begs.

This is the last one, I promise!

  1. Who could resist that cuteness? Like the dress, I'm going shopping for a kitty sweater today, my cat always seems cold in the winter. I don't know if she'll wear it, but I hope so!

  5. Oh, I used to put L into a bunny suit when she was a baby, but she didn't jump up and down about it!

I want to read the newest Caroly Chute. I can't really remember Beans of Egypt, Maine. How is it?

  7. Oh Joanne, I would love to see picture of your cat in her new sweater!

Ben, sometimes we call her "The Face" -- one of her many nicknames

Hi Louise - I'll tell Miss B. you said so.

Tina - she'll kiss up to anyone, be on your guard.

Tut- you must find a photo of L in bunny suit for me ;-)

As for Carolyn Chute, this is the first book I've read by her. It is an odd book. But I'm so impressed with the writing and really like it in a "can't look away from a trainwreck" sort of way. I'd like to read more of her books - any to recommend?

Anon - the pungled poochanella contessa would rather you call her her "fungus". xox
