Birdwatching at Kalahari

This is what passes for nature at the Kalahari, the nation's largest indoor waterpark in Sandusky Ohio. Plenty of plastic, but not a real root to be found. We spent two days there last week visiting family who live nearby. Unlike last time, when the kids were always with us, this time they took off with their cousins and were not heard from for over an hour! Not an easy time for my hovering self. Luckily, I also enjoy a good waterslide, poolside cocktails and peoplewatching in the Land of the Badly Tatooed.
