Early July Harvest Video

For most of the month of June, I got a handful of strawberries every other day or so, too.  They seem to be all gone now, even though I planted both June bearing and everbearing varieties.

What are you harvesting these days?  Head over to Daphne's Dandelions on "Harvest Monday" to see what people are pulling out of the ground elsewhere!

Beautiful! We have been babying our strawberries along through a wet, cool spring and finally started to see some color - only to discover that our dog has been grazing on them as soon as they are ripe!! So now we're focusing on the raspberries and blackberries...

From the garden, we've only been enjoying our lettuce so far. We're eagerly awaiting the Early Girl tomatoes, followed by the Jet Stars and a few eggplant. But I've definitely been to the farmstands for the fresh berries and corn, it's delicious.

Interesting video. The strawberries made my mouth water. I truly need to get to the Farmers' Market.
